Found a steel cap nut in the sandwich one bite in. Tried to call and no answer, and no machine to speak with manager. Update: Finally spoke to someone hours later when they picked up the phone ?they were busy, it?s a restaurant.? The manager proceeded torefuse to offer a refund and said if and only if I made the 40 min round trip back with the item would he consider a refund. Hethen argued and hung up on me for demanding a refund to my card.
Thank goodness for Shena! The customer service had been horrible here for the past few years. We stopped going here. Stopped in today and had excellent service. Thank you Shena
What a joke of a subway. My pregnant wife stood outside there door at 7:20 (they close at 8) while they stood inside and just looked at her. I tried calling and they shut off their phone system. I would love to know why these ignorant people decided togo into food service. SHUT THIS STORE DOWN!
