She thoroughly explained the quality and variety of food, including the dessert options. Her suggestions for starters were on point and she accurately described the flavors we could expect. Shivani treated us as a top priority, yet she efficiently managed all other guests with equal satisfaction. She is a valuable asset to any hotel chain and we look forward to returning to this property in the future for the exceptional hospitality and service. Our evening at Waves will always be remembered fondly.
