Although there are not ve... read more We now have been to the Gander hotel restaurant a few times since the renovations were done. The place has a great contemporary decor. Although there are not very many people there each time we have been the food comes quickly and the portions are large. Overall the menu has a good selection of items. We have enjoyed our food each time we have been and will go back. It's one of our go to places now for dinner. The prices are between $15 to $ 25 for a dinner main.

I chose the chicken tenders and my friend opted for the fish and chips, both of which were generous portions. I highly recommend stopping by if you want a tasty meal at an affordable price!

We both ordered the roast beef and Yorks... read more This restaurant is located within the Quality Inn hotel. On a rainy day, my wife and I decided to dine in for a change. We both ordered the roast beef and Yorkshire pudding, which came with a choice of potatoes. We opted for mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts with bacon, and gravy. The portion of meat was huge and my wife couldn't finish it all. The food was delicious, although the Yorkshire pudding and potatoes could have been hotter. My wife enjoyed a glass of wine while I had a coffee. The bill was reasonable.
