East Ocean Restaurant - Gander

In gander only over night on working day on Monday. everything is closed. that was excellent. good quality ingredients, very well prepared and a great price for the special. good portions! my man ordered the chicken cure, ate 2 portions and still has rest for another meal. my special was great, especially the bark brokkoli. the chicken balls were great sterblings of solid white meat. I'd go back.

I was initially hesitant to try this restaurant based on its appearance. The exterior looked a bit run-down. However, my son and I were on the hunt for good Chinese food after being disappointed by another local restaurant, so we decided to give East Ocean a try. I ordered the Chinese noodles with sweet and sour sauce, while my son ordered the Singapore noodles. Both dishes were fantastic and came in generous portions. We ended up taking half of our meals home for later. The service was also outstanding - our server was attentive and provided great meal recommendations. Despite the worn look of the restaurant, it was clean, which is important to me. We will definitely be returning.

The customers dining here will leave feeling content with their meal. The service we received was very satisfactory. The system is a bit disorganized, perhaps not the most accurate term, but it will do... It is buffet style dining.

The buffet had about 10 articles 2, of which were pommes and wobble rings. the man who served us was very attentive. eating was not excessively hot and very dirty. I was with a big group of which 3 were sick after eating. there I will not go into details and 2 had a stomachache. it was a small space with too many tables that they had to rub on people who were sitting in the middle. all in all we will not return.

We've become good friends with the main man at East Ocean. The Buffett is on the small side, but always topped up and fresh! Take out meals are a challenge to finish! Always gigantic portions! Chicken balls are big, and not because of 2 inch...batter, they're actually generous portions of chicken, lightly battered, and fries to perfection! If you haven't tried East Ocean yet, go NOW!
