I read about Holy Food Market in a NYT 36 Hours piece on Gent. It was our first stop upon arrival for our day trip. The concept of a food market in an old church is pretty cool. There's a main bar in the center and a handful of restaurant concepts on the sides. After taking a lap, I decided to go for the pizza while my husband opted for some croquettes.
