First off, I eat a LOT of Chinese food. Real Chinese food and this type of "chicken balls" stuff. (And mostly the latter).That said, I really enjoyed this place. It's not the best in the world, but if you go in with looking for something decent in Gan, then hey, it was perfect.I got the No. 10 combo and the beef & broccoli, as well as the wonton soup. attached to Imperial motel/Inn, the restaurant business I had lunch, the rice was extremely dry and the lady/owner is VERY loud and annoying. Breakfast included coffee and toast. Won't go back View all feedback.
I dont know why average chinese restaurant has name Boston.It is nothing to do with Boston.Tge place location is convinient,the size of place is small and the food is average.Just ordinary cheap chinese food.I found it bland and no taste.Jumbo shrimps are not jumbo size at all...just regular shrimps.I find it overpriced too for some dishes.If you really big chineese food fan may be you will be ok.For us it was just average
Yummy .. very nice food .. happy to make what we wanted and make sure it was as spicey as we liked (hot) ... We will be back
Convenient to where we were staying. First impressions weren't good, but we were surprised. Service was very good, loud, but attentive. Food came out in good time and I have to say was very good. Wife had general chicken and I had chicken noodle. Very tasty I must say. A little pricey, but I would definitely go back again next time I'm in the area.
Sadly the food quality here has hone down the drain. We ordered take out Friday night and was very disappointed. Part of the order was missing, rice was inedible and food was so salty. We spent most of the night refilling water glasses and dying of thirst. The last 3 times we have eaten in at the Boston we have had bad food, missing parts of our order and very slow service with there being minimal people in the restaurant. We have dined here for many years but sadly will now be travelling into Kingston or Brockville for Chinese food
I came to this town for a boat tour and was in the mood for Chinese food. After reading a review about this shop, I decided to give it a try.
