What User doesn't like about Trapeze In Burl:
The food was average, but the service was excellent. My friend ordered the ribs, but the sauce was disappointing. My wife ordered the paella, but it ended up more like a soupy risotto. The seafood was cooked well, but it wasn't a true paella. I had the lobster ravioli, which had a good portion size and tasty sauce, although the pasta was slightly tough. I returned to this restaurant once again and was impressed by the delicious food and excellent service provided by Ugur. Despite the many Italian restaurants in the area, this one is a standout and definitely worth including in your dinner plans. We certainly did! View all feedback.
