The resort has a charm of old growth trees, marble bathrooms, swinging hammocks, and friendly staff. Rooms have small fridges so you can stop at a supermarket prior to your arrival! Breakfast comes with our room. Meals are expensive by my standards but then again we are in a rainforest. Having the extra snacks previously purchased helps defray the cost if you’re budget minded. Got the room on Expedia for 132 USD per night (that includes taxes). It was a 75 taxi ride. However, the resort will pick you up at the airport for 28 USD per person! Strong WiFi! Many tours can be booked from here as well as complimentary night and day hikes! Great for families and eco friendly tourists.
