I have found them from Barcelona to Cusco, Peru and enjoyed them all, but PJ Flahertys is surely the original that set the standard. The atmosphere is charming, the staff delightful, and the Guiness is perfect. Even better, I was thrilled to meet the owner and fellow Flaherty. To my Irish cousin, thank you for your warmth and hospitality. You were a highlight of the trip. I will be back to Ireland, Galway and PJ Flaherty 's!
