The restaurant offers good parking an... read more Located just a 10-minute taxi ride outside of Galway City, this restaurant is situated within a warehouse/industrial area. The restaurant offers good parking and even has EV charging points for those with electric vehicles. The staff were very welcoming and check-in and check-out were quick. The hotel itself is modern and clean, although the corridor to the rooms is a bit dark. The room was spacious and had a great shower. There is a bar area and dining available, as well as a lounge area with modern fire flame effect and comfortable seating for remote working. The buffet-style breakfast had a wide range of options and the staff were quick to clear and reset tables. If you have any special requests, the staff are happy to accommodate - we witnessed one guest request oat milk and it was immediately provided. The hotel staff were efficient, welcoming, and offered great local advice on places to visit. Despite the somewhat industrial surroundings, a short taxi ride will take you to the heart of the city for less than 10 euros. Overall, we would highly recommend this hotel for a short stay or business trip, giving it a perfect 5 out of 5 rating.

However, it is quite a distance from the city center, taking around 25 minutes to reach on foot.

Ivan the ba... read more First stop on our 10 day holiday to Southern Ireland! Room was immaculately clean and really quiet both nights. Great water pressure for the shower! Ivan the bartender/jack of all trades was really friendly, helpful and a mini tour guide! Recommended a wide variety of restaurants, activities and can't miss things in and around Galway. Explained the tax free program for US citizens. Nox was a great starting before heading south to Tralee. If we would go back to Galway would definitely stay here again!
