I am very impressed. The bed is sooooooo comfortable with very decent pillows. The room was spotlessly clean. And checking in was easy with some fantastic recommendations from Kevin. Salthill is approx a 20 min walk from Galway, but it’s a beautiful walk along the coast. It also has some fantastic restaurants nearby for breakfast. You must go to O’Connors if you’re staying. Great live music.
The cafe was closed due to covid 19, so that was a bummer, but understandable. What I don’t understand is why such a small tv. The real bad thing is the WiFi was down for 30 minutes!
Galway is fantastic, and Salthill is even more beautiful. The accommodation is highly recommended. The location in Salthill is fantastic, only 300 metres from the Atlantic Ocean. Very cosy, large room, great room service and super friendly host. Galway is only 10 minutes away by bus. Greetings from Germany
Accommodation not far from restaurants and even casinos. Clean and easily accessible accommodation.
Absolutely lovely place to stay over . Warm friendly welcome and everything you need is in your room. If you are visiting salthill this is the place to stay you have bars cafes and restaurants right on your doorstep, the seafront is down the road ,and you can walk to the city centre in 20 mins , plus the leisureland centre is only round the corner and we went to see the Trad on the Prom that night , which is the highly acclaimed Irish song and dance show. Definitely a must .
