I had lunch at this restaurant on the day when Ireland played Wales. The staff were very accommodating and were able to get us a great table right in front of the TV. The Buttermilk Chicken Burger was delicious, as was the Seafood Chowder. It was a lovely place to have lunch with friendly and helpful staff.
The seafood chowder and fish and chips at this restaurant are excellent. It's worth a visit if you're in the area. The only downside is that parking can be a bit challenging, as the nearby lot charges €2.20.
Great seafood cahowder and perfectly cooked fish and chips, what more do they need to lunch? it is worth visiting when close. the only parking lot is a little challenging if they do not want to pay for nearby parking lot €2.20)
Great food and service. Poor acoustics makes loud guests unbearable. It's bad enough to avoid altogether.
Just don't order the wings. They are basically pigeon wings with mayo, not bleu cheese as stated. However, the hotel is wonderful and the chowder was very good. The breakfast is decent. But get there early, for they run out of potatoes and eggs. You really don't want to miss the eggs; they're perfect.
