I think the owner served us bu... read more We went in because it looked homely, the scone was lovely, as was the cake. Unfortunately the cappuccino was very weak and milky. I think the owner served us but I felt we were putting her out. Such a pity as the menu looked interesting, maybe we called on an off day?

Very standard food but not terrible, just a cheap option. I did enjoy the hambo sandwich I got. Crisps and lettuce very average, could do the same myself at home. Not impressed with being handed an empty tea cup, milk and tea pot meaning I had to make my tea myself after paying €3, thought that was very poor. The place is very messy for a cafe and there is a table that you are not allowed to sit at near the order desk and lots of litter (opened cardboard boxes) around it with no indication that it’s not for customers at all. All in all you get what you pay for and in all fairness I’d probably go there again if I want a budget light meal/snack so I think 3 stars is fair.

Today I came here again with friends. The service was great and all of us were happy with the food and drinks. Thanks!
