I was impressed the moment I entered this lovely restaurant. The staff greeted me warmly and I felt immediately welcomed. The restaurant is spacious, tidy, and has a great atmosphere. What Brionna Doyle doesn't like about Brewsters Grill:
burnt chicken plate. I came to lunch last Friday with a group of people. I ordered the older chicken plate with vegetables instead of potatoes. others ordered burgers, so maybe the chef burned my huh. Pretty good! the ribs and soup were great! it was not sure if it was worth the money.
A great place for a draft or a nice bottle of wine. Amazing choices for dining with great ambiance.
The food was well cooked. The service was six stars. The setting was above clean. They know how!!!!!!
You must take into account wheres and whens. Galt is not exactly a metropolis or foodie magnet; it has other, equally valuable charms. Brewsters trys really hard to offer a range of good, hearty food and mostly hit the mark, unless you're an L.A foodie looking for a $20 garnish. The staff are really delightful, youthful, and charming. It's a really friendly place that wants you to have a great time....and you're in the middle of nowhere so get over yourself and enjoy.
So So. First time last night. I don't know what all the fuss is about. Very, very average or less. I had a blackened chicken carbonara. The chicken wasn't blackened (grilled a little) the pancetta was not rendered-out (meaning all the fat was still there and chewy) and the overall taste was, nothing special. That was a simple pasta that anyone could make at home and complete much better than they did. My wife had a pasta also which was swimming in olive oil. Once again average or less. Maybe they will learn to make an easy dish.
