The 8-piece meal advertised for $21.99 actually cost me $30.00, which would have been acceptable if I had received what I ordered. I specifically asked for extra crispy chicken, but that wasn’t what I got. Instead of mashed potatoes, I was given coleslaw. The most frustrating part is that the staff repeated my order back to me, so I believed everything was correct. Unfortunately, these issues are only apparent when you get home. Good luck if you choose to go there, but I certainly won’t be returning!

They never have the chicken ready between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm, which is when most people eat dinner. The chicken is greasy, the selection is always poor, and the sides are consistently cold—except for the mac and cheese, which is even colder than the coleslaw.

Even when I show my receipt and clearly explain the mistake, I still have to wait another 30 minutes, only to receive the wrong order again.

The pr... read more I have been visiting this KFC location about twice a week for the past year, always ordering the same thing: 5-piece chicken strips and a large coleslaw. The price has been $13.99 the entire time. Today, they tried to charge me $16.99 for just the 5 chicken strips—no coleslaw included! Five strips alone for that price is unbelievable. I won’t be coming back to this location. The only response from the drive-thru worker was a smile and "that’s the price." I can’t believe the cost of those small strips has nearly tripled.
