Customer Service was not there.. Super rude and asked for a surprise drink and a tea made specifically with coconut milk FLOATING, but they mixed it in and didn’t listen whatsoever. Definitely had better customer service. View all feedback. What lllTheresa lll likes about Dutch Bros Coffee:
Normally this place is amazing. Great customer service. Fast service when I go in the morning before work. Today when I went in it was pretty busy, line going out into the street. As I sit with two cars in front of me the customer at the window is passing a small dog to the worker in the window.
