We've been to Compadres Grill Bar a few times now and all the times we've gone we've had great customer service, our food comes out quickly and notice how clean... read more We've been to Compadres Grill Bar a few times now and all the times we've gone we've had great customer service, our food comes out quickly and notice how clean the restaurant is. My husband loves their chilaquiles and i enjoy their shredded chicken flautas. Will definitely keep coming back!

I ordered shredded beef tacos and they gave me ground beef. Drove back and got new ones and they used the same shells so they turned soggy and the shell tasted burnt just like the chips they served. Pretty disappointed.

I understand restaurants are short staffed, so I did not mind seating myself, but a... read more We went to Compadres restaurant for the first time on a weekday around 430 . I understand restaurants are short staffed, so I did not mind seating myself, but a waitress never did appear. The bartender saw us walk in and ignored us. I tried to peek in the kitchen because I heard voices and could find no one so I finally asked the bartender , who had only one customer at the bar, to see if she could find a waitress to take our order. The waitress was polite when she took our order and we did get our food in a timely fashion, which was delicious.. However, the waitress never came back to check on us or even bring us the bill. We had to ask the bartender once again if she could, please get the waitress to bring us a bill and a to go box when the waitress showed up all she brought was a bill and no to go box. I don't remember the waitress saying thank you , have a nice day or any pleasantries. FYI, we were the only ones in the restaurant other than the one guy at the bar and it would've been nice if they would've said, thank you for your patience. Will be with you in a minute have a nice day and they said nothing. All it takes to provide great customer service is a smile and some acknowledgment doesn't matter how good the food is I will not go there again!
