Staff are fairly friendly, although it took a long time to get our drinks, but there were 11 of us! But they were kind that they screwed up the order, but we are quick to correct, it would recommend here again especially during the Happy Hour! We bought 11 drinks for 11 people and paid only $13! I tell you this town lacks customer service. When ordering at drive thru male was rude and seemed annoying, we ordered 3 cream shushies and without repeating my order back to us he asked us to pull forward. Got to the window and asked the female to repeat our order bcis our total was more than i expected. How to go there. for some reasons service is always average, average business hour. got our food less than 10 minutes. Friendly customer service is what I really like...
They messed up my beverage order, but I'm glad it was acknowledged on the window when they repeated my order and fixed it with excellent customer service and made it right that they didn't charge me for the drink they messed up. The free drink was not necessary for me not to pay for it, but I appreciate the way they treated me with no attitude. Go on.

Ordered online through the app, paid through the app, pulled into a bay let them know I had arrived! Within a minute, the drink I had customized arrived and I was on my way!
Great experience, friendly employees, they even gave me a free meal
