The green chili and beans keep us coming back, but we love everything we have eaten here. Maria is so sweet and the staff is very friendly as well. And we love the local atmosphere.

Every dish we've tried has been exceptional, especially the breakfast burritos. If you're in Gallup, make sure to visit—this is an experience you won’t want to miss. Maria prepares the red and green chile fresh every morning before opening, and the care she puts into it is evident in every bite. I’d give it a million stars if I could!

The red and green chili and chorizo were the most vibrant I've ever experienced. I enjoyed them in a breakfast burrito, and it was simply delicious.
