Our number was never announced over the loudspeaker, and we ended up waiting more than 35 minutes before finally getting our food — which, unfortunately, was incorrect. This is far from the 5-star service and experience that the owners advertise. The menu might look appealing, but the service definitely needs serious improvement.

Usually, my m... read more The young shift manager at Blake's Lotaburger was very kind and promptly fixed my burger. I placed an online order and picked it up right on time. Usually, my meal is warm enough to enjoy, but this time at this location, it was quite cold. My fries had been sitting in the warmer for over 30 minutes. Since it was just 15 minutes before closing, I didn’t want to cause any more trouble, so I left the fries and only had my burger remade, as I didn’t want to pay an extra dollar for an additional patty and cheese. Overall, the Blake's Lotaburger menu has great options, but I hope they improve the timing and warmth of the food next time.

She was impatient and mistakenly took our food order because she seemed to be in a rush. There was no line at all!
