Will not refund unless a manager is on duty. Even with receipt. Place my order ended up being the wrong order. Was told to come back so they can change. Already on my day I couldn't just turn around I told them I would be able to bethere in two hours when arrived they didn't have any one to give me a refund. They have 8 employees all all alare not willingto help the situation. I no long want to have a breakfast and they are not willing to refund it. Terrible service. You pay forwhat you want yes but when you yourself as a customer has to bend to there rules. They don't have a problem taking your moneyand makes no room to give your money back.

After waiting 15min to check in I had to wait 45min to get my food and I only got it because I went and asked for it at the counter. It was ready they just didn'tcall the order out. This is the third time my family has had this issue. Good food, just be ready to wait an hour beforeeating it.

My husband was SO right on. The burger was heaven on Earth. I am bever going to be happy withanother burger anywhere but Blake's. If you can, go there, have one, and see what I mean. Those hatch chilis make the meal. Ialso had a chocolate shake, pure delight. I just got hungry writingthis...????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Last night they gave me old fries and when I brought it up to the worker she didn?t apologize nor offer to make me a fresh batch because their fryer was offand while they still had 45 min before closing time. Unacceptable! Do better!
