When one employee handed me my Frosty, the staff member at the window forgot to... read more I ordered a Frosty and also purchased a Frosty tag for a year of small Frosties. When one employee handed me my Frosty, the staff member at the window forgot to give me my Frosty tag. Fortunately, a gentleman at the headset later opened the window and asked if I was waiting for anything else. He was very polite and apologized several times. I had to wait a few minutes, but overall, I was really impressed with the customer service!
