Didn't eat here. Popped in for cocktails. The menu looked delicious. The drinks were awesome. Service was spot-on. I want to return for the food.
Food was pretty decent. Nothing extraordinary. Service was good. Expensive for what you get honestly. Parking is in the back and you have to figure that out. There weren't any signs that i saw. Didn't hate it but not thinking I will return.
It's a nice place if the weather is decent sitting outside on the back deck is really nice. The food's pretty good. Better than most places nowadays. I really like the Julian vegetables and the fried green tomatoes with little pimento cheese on them wasnice.
We came in after dinner rush on Tuesday. I believe Helen served us. Visiting from out of town and didn't want to go somewhere we could go back home. Glad we picked this place! Clean, friendly, and oh, the fried green tomatoes! My only regret is we didn'tget 2 orders! Got the Tennessee BLT. Maybe the best sandwich I've ever had. Will definitely be back!
I was here at the suggestion of a friend I ran into while passing through Gallatin. It was post lunch and we got seated immediately with friendly service and was scant minutes passed before we were looking at menus. I was hungry and watching theclock so I ordered a burger and hush puppies. Both were decent, but my burger was undercooked for my liking. I order steaks abit rare, but ground meats need to be cooked well.., I stressed this to the waiter, but the kitchen seems to have missed thatpoint slightly. There was pink all through this pattie, and though the quality and texture seemed good enough, the semi-rawnesswas distracting. Veggies on the sandwich were crunchy and fresh, and the onion accounted for most of the flavor. The waiter wasfun and engaging and I asked him where he got his tie-dye shirt. I'd like to try these guys again when I have a bit more time. The weather is finally cooling and their rear deck looks like it might be perfect for an autumn dinner after a day spentexploring the area.
