I got it to go so I... read more (One star upgraded to 3 stars?2 part review 1st night Ordered a whole fontega chicken $11.90 (not cheap and they gave me half of a sandwich. I got it to go so I was already at my hotel when I noticed. Also when I unwrapped it? chicken was falling out ofthe wrapping before I got it unwrapped. The chicken was not on the sandwich but shredded around it. I?m really disappointed. Iwill not eat here again as they cheated me. (I lied? I went back the next day! 2nd night? went back to ask about my missingsandwich. I bought a half a sandwich, but they gave me a whole at my request. Better service 2nd night. Nothing extra for myinconvenience of needing to return to complain?so 3 stars only. Chicken was on the sandwich tonight. Manager super nice.

Today, Panera went above and beyond to make it right! Thank you for your excellent customer service.
