Panera Bread - Gallatin

The restaurant used to charge too much for sandwiches, but I am not a fan of sandwiches. I enjoy their pizza, which is worth the price. However, I do not like the addition of Greek yogurt in their smoothies, as it ruins the flavor for me.

The new spicy chicken sandwich is delicious. It's been a long time since I've had such a tasty meal at Panera. I will definitely be coming back.

I used to love coming to this restaurant, but recently I have been disappointed. I have been a loyal customer for years, but after a recent visit where my order was incorrect and portion size was small, I have decided not to return. The staff was also rude, which is a drastic change from the friendly service I used to receive. It's a shame to see the decline in quality at a place I have enjoyed for so long.

It is almost as if this was done for purpose. is that how much dressing they use for their salat? panera is good, but this does not reflect the price.

I am a regular customer and love coming here for breakfast and lunch. This was the first time I got bagels burnt like this. I also asked for them not to be toasted just sliced. I tried to call the store number to get ahold of a manager but it wasn’t going through.
