We had a party of 6 for brunch celebrating two birthdays; greeted very warmly and taken to our table quickly. Our waitress was very polite and professional thro... read more We had a party of 6 for brunch celebrating two birthdays; greeted very warmly and taken to our table quickly. Our waitress was very polite and professional through out our time dining but she may need more training. Coffee orders were taken and told a new pot was brewing; out of the 5 coffees brought to our table more than 10 minutes later, only 1 was warm. Food was straggered and one plate -a club sandwich- was 10 minutes behind the others. Ketchup was asked for three times (each time our waitress had been to the table bringing something else) before it was brought causing food to get cold because of the wait. Hashbrowns are listed as one of the side items and 3 were ordered. Tater tots were given instead. The tots were good but if this was a substitute item, guests should be informed upon ordering so they can opt to select a different side item. If tater tots are not a sub item, suggest stating so on menu instead of hashbrowns . Four of us have dined at this establishment and have raved about it and were excited to celebrate at Albertos. We will continue to celebrate and dine here, encouraging others to as well. We hope the wait staff is well trained prior to taking care of guests and supported by members of the team and management to encourage growth once flying solo .

When a family member requested... read more Our waitress seemed to be having an off night. She asked if we wanted our food packed up while all four of us were still eating. When a family member requested a napkin, she responded that she would bring a bag instead. She also accidentally spilled sauce on my cousin's blouse while handling a to-go container, which turned out to be extremely leaky. As a result, the sauce spilled all over the floorboards and car seat when we got it in the car, even though the bag had remained upright the entire time. Additionally, the spaghetti was so oily that my child barely touched it. Usually, this place is fantastic, so I'm not sure what went wrong tonight.

Everyone liked what they got. They all shared too. Our waitress was fantastic. She told us her experience in Brazil and the food. What a fun time with family.
