The food was... read more I've eaten here before and it's never been bad but today my husband and I went for a quick lunch. They opened at 11 and we showed up around 11:15. The food was almost cold and the fries tasted as if they sat over night and re heated.. we were verydisappointed.

But was my fault 100%for not checkin... read more According to the website KFC Galion is open until 10pm. (Probably true when it’s not New Year’s Day and should have called. But was my fault 100%for not checking. We ordered at 8:30 for an order to be picked up at 9. We arrived at 9:10 marquee lights off one car in the lot and told they were closed at the drive through. When I told the lady we were picking up a to go order she was so nice. Our order was there still hot and ready to go. She said she tried to call(we ordered on the app but we forgot phone at home. Absolutely awesome employee and she deserves a raise!
