Loved our evening at Pilgrimme. The food was delightful, well curated plates of hyper local flavors. We certainly did not leave hungry nor wanting. The service was fantastic and exactly as expected for a restaurant such as this. If you get the opportunity I would absolutely suggest going. View all feedback.
What Nick O doesn't like about Pilgrimme:
Great atmosphere, not so great food (especially at this price point). Genuinely unsure how this restaurant has gotten so many good ratings. Save your money and go somewhere else! Unless food is not your primary concern. Mismatched dishes and each of them were overpowering and not balanced. Trying too hard to give a fine dining experience and unfortunately missed hard. Best place to eat at Galiano Island. It should have a Michelin Star.

Great atmosphere, not so great food (especially at this price point). Genuinely unsure how this restaurant has gotten so many good ratings. Save your money and go somewhere else! Typically, these sort of experiences should tell a story through the various courses, but there was nothing here as nothing made sense.
Pilgrimme offers an amazing culinary journey whose dishes showcase an unexpected fusion of flavours. The freshness of the local and regional ingredients make the farm-to-table concept evident but it’s the inventive methods to which the ingredients are used, that keep you curious. The rustic ambiance adds to the charm, and personality of Pilgrimme, making it a must-visit for those seeking a unique and delightful gastronomic adventure nestled in the candlelit woods of Galiano.
If you're on Galiano Island and if you get the chance to get a table at Pilgrimme do it! The 12 course dinner was amazing! The wine and cider pairing an absolute most do! Pilgrimme is this hidden log cabin in the woods but it really deserves a Michelin star!
