Horrible experience! Girl behind the counter was very rude and dry. What happened to costumer service? Super overpriced to be having a bad attitude. Don’t come here.

It's Shipley's you already know it's the best donut shop.

We stop in before they were closing. Should have known that the donuts would be old. Definitely not a good choice at that time of the day.

Just went there today 5/14/23 at around 18:40 hrs. I'm an Officer and went with my partner, my experience with the young lady attending was upsetting, she was rude, and the service she provided was poor, she made me feel like I was a burden for her. Shipley's management is responsible for her attitude, for one she was working alone, and two if you do not have the disposition to serve, you shouldn't be working in that capacity. There are many other donut places that provide a better product with a better service, sorry but I won't go back.

What is the point of the drive thru when they don't even pay attention to it? We sat there and the staff helped everyone inside even if they came in after we already pulled up. The staff looked at us multiple times and didn't even talk to us or anything. We waited the 15 minutes and they still helped everybody in the lobby and completely ignored the drive thru.
