The McDonald's here in Galax, just like our Walmart, are among the busiest on the East Coast. Expect long lines during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. With that said, the Painter family has always been top notch, ensuring our McDonald's has friendly and knowledgeable staff. Keeping the lines flowing quickly and smoothly is a high priority. I ordered a bacon bagel and was surprised that it only had 2 small pieces of bacon and a small amount of sauce. I didn’t realize they I needed to tell them I wanted egg and cheese. View all feedback.

Kid-friendliness: Full kid zone was very clean kids had a blast.
My food was cold and I was missing half of my order. I had to keep going back to get all my stuff
