Unfortunately, the chicken was inedible, with a thick, old, and unpleasant breading, akin to biting into crackers with a bitter fishy aftertaste. Even the fries and biscuits were subpar, the latter being gummy. Despite the high cost, my kids and I could only manage two bites each (Idid eat a whole drumstick, I mean I paid for this) due to nausea. We didn 't even open the mashed potatoes or cole slaw. As a single mom of two, our treat night turned into a disappointing disaster. This wasn 't even a matter of old cooked food, it was rancid. Lobby was closed due to being short staffed but there were six employees working, one of which was running around outside on his phone for over 20 minutes. Then... read more Lobby was closed due to being short staffed but there were six employees working, one of which was running around outside on his phone for over 20 minutes. Then he continued to run in and out of the back door of the restaurant for no apparent reason. We had to wait on fries that when we got them were warm at best. The woman running drive thru was rude.
