The location is typical of the Salento countryside, spacious and meticulously maintained, decidedly pleasant and welcoming, thanks in part to the helpfulness and kindness of the owners, Fernando and Simona, as well as the entire staff. As a professional traveler, I can recommend this establishment without a doubt. There's nothing wrong with the quality of the food, the preparation, and the professionalism of the staff, who are always smiling, kind, and discreet.
