Dinner between friends in a local located in the city center, places contained and great care of the environment. On order a basis to seasonality you can appreciate different types of dishes. What an incredible host Pino is. I told him of allergies in advance, and he prepared a three course menu of exquisite taste. Incredible food Sicilian flavours in their finest expression. Do not miss this place.

The propietario very friendly and prepared, immediately welcomed us in his restaurant as a landlord who welcomes family at home. We were fine and the evening was very pleasant. What to say about the dishes ....spectacular since the first course ... a small timballo with truffle and so on... and the dish of the appetizers was no less as the cutters to the porcini mushrooms. Clean and comfortable environment. I had dinner there a few nights ago. We took an appetizer of the house (the caponata di melt in the mouth), then a spice of braciole at the pistachio. On these I want to dwell a second because they were delicious! Crossed by chips that created a very interesting scenic effect, they were served on a bed of purée. (If you go visit the place, take them, I assure you that you will not be disappointed). The pizza to the four most cooked ham cheeses was cooked at the right point and to finish the heart of pistachio was, to stay on the theme, the cherry on the cake. The staff is very polite and smiling. I'm counting on coming back!
