Wingstop - Gaithersburg
Wingstop
Description
Wingstop and Buffalo Wild Wings are facing increasing criticism for their inconsistent quality and high prices. Many patrons report overcooked wings and unsatisfactory sides, such as soggy fries with unexpected sweetness. Furthermore, the pricing structure has been deemed exorbitant, with average meal costs running between $15 and $20 per person, leading some to question the value offered. While Buffalo Wings has received some praise for their offerings, the overall sentiment is that these establishments are not family-friendly dining options. Customers express frustration over poor service and suggest seeking better alternatives, particularly in nearby Washington, D.C.

It's not the first time I've ordered from wing stop, but this time they went too far!! We ordered wings (everything was good with the lemon pepper wings) and we ordered with a portion of potatoes, and they sent us these potatoes all dry??????
I usually don't write reviews, but this really bothered me. I ordered 10 wings and requested just one cup of ranch dressing. I was informed that it would cost $1.50 for the cup of ranch. Additionally, I was told that I would have had to purchase a combo meal in order to receive just one cup of ranch, even though I had already bought 10 wings.
This is the worst restaurant ever, especially when you complain to the manager about the food not being cooked properly and finding blood in the chicken. He tells you to go somewhere else, and when you ask for the general manager, he says they are not available and cannot provide a contact number. Waiting until tomorrow to address the issue is unacceptable. No more visits to this place.
