This restaurant when the owners operated the restaurant had a unique quality at the moment the quality has dropped quite a bit they have not neglected it much and the attention and service is not the same That is the reason why I give it this rating theyshould pay more attention to This is because many places have opened but they have neglected customer service and have neglectedthe quality of the food.

The Taco Bar is a fantastic restaurant with truly delicious food. I usually go to the one in Olney, MD, but I opted for the Gaithersburg location this time for its convenience. Unfortunately, the burrito I ordered was supposed to come with rice, beans, sour cream, and taco meat, but when it arrived, it only had rice and meat, which made it quite dry. Additionally, the pozole had the wrong type of meat and was served in a very small portion, which was disappointing. I recommend visiting the Olney location instead; it’s definitely worth the trip.
When the owners were actively running Taco, the restaurant had a unique charm and outstanding quality. However, I’ve noticed a significant decline in both the food quality and customer service lately. This is why I’m giving it this rating. They need to refocus their efforts, especially with so many new places opening up that seem to overlook the importance of quality and attentive service on their menu.
