Light and fluffy not too sweet. Would recommend ordering a couple days ahead of time. Also a great place to grab a pastry after dinner.

If you're worried, they keep their website up to days with inventory and you can order ahead there as well. No seating area, but the bakery is clean and well decorated. I got the fresh fruit cake, burnt cheesecake, and oreo cake box. The burnt cheesecake was phenomenal- I've never had anything like it and thought the slight bitterness from the burnt top as well as the osmanthus cream were the perfect complements to the not-to-sweet cheesecake. The fresh fruit cake was very mediocre and the oreo cake box was far too sweet, which were big disappointments given the price of all their pastry items. I have to give them 3/5 stars since I would only repurchase one out of the three items I tried. Quite disappointing, especially given that this is on the pricier side of Asian bakeries in the Rockville area.
