All around great experience!! The ingredients are super fresh, there are plenty of combinations and plenty of salad dressing choices as well. The portions are huge (enough for two servings), and the service was top notch as well. The young lady who helped me was very friendly, professional, and got me in and out pretty quickly! Don 't waste your money here. I ordered a salad that included chicken and they somehow forgot the chicken. I went back and asked for new one and they charged me again for it as an add-on . If you order the same salad from the app, a requirement is to select a protein, WHICH MEANS ITS INCLUDED IN THE SALAD, AND NOT AN ADD-ON. $15 sub-par salad and terrible customer service. A solid fast casual option and always high quality. Also, the staff here is very helpful and they work in tandem to make it a speedy experience.
I love this place! I really enjoy the new space and all the windows. The food is always fresh which means sometimes I cannot get the toppings I am used to. That is OK you know what they offer is the best for the season. I always make my own so I cannot speak to their salad creations. They have my favorite beverage hands down Raspberry Hibiscus cooler. Thank you for no sugar! Yum!
Both of our salads were missing ingredients and we ordered salads right off the menu as is. And when did they stop chopping salads; when they call themselves chop’t?
This review is all for Ana the manager at this Chopt. Since the moment that we walked in she greeted us with a big smile and sincere voice. When we got to the line she was taking care of two customers ahead of us and she was efficient, friendly and happy helping people. My daughter customized her salad and did not know which dressing to get, and Ana let her taste some dressings in a to go little cup…Ana got busy and kept the good attitude and smile. FIVE STARTS ALL FOR ANA. THANK YOU ANA FOR BRINGING LIGHT TO YOUR CUSTOMERS…
