We, two North Germans and our Swiss friend were guests at Unteren Gäbris last week. We really liked it. A great cheese fondue, wonderful cakes, a nice wine, great service, Annelies, a cozy atmosphere and a pleasant ambience. We were more than satisfied and can only recommend this restaurant. If we are in the Appenzell region again we will definitely come by again. View all feedback.

Simple, cozy, friendly and in a wonderful location. Relatively little choice of food, but that's suitable for a walk or hike. Friendly and well-positioned team, doing great work. View all feedback.

Beautiful View obviously Try out the tasty ice cream. It's well worth the visit. An excellent stop for anyone hiking, walking, biking or just taking in the Views.
