I absolutely love this Wendy?s. My order is never wrong. I always do the mobile order and pick up at the drive thru. The only issue is the wait time in the drive thru. It seems as though they only wait on 2 cars at a time. I personally don?t mind thewait. The foods usually alright. Just budget an extra 45 min cuz it's a wait. We are up in there like 3-5X a week and usually on a tight schedule. Best breakfast in town tho. View all feedback.

Honestly, not only the worst Wendys I've ever been to, but one of the worst restaurants in Gainesville, and that says a lot. I've ordered from this location easily a dozen or more times over the years as it's the only thing on my way home, and I dreadit every time. More often than not, on those nights I really don't feel like cooking after work, I'll just go to bed withouteating. That's how AWFUL this location is. The food is almost always cold or has obviously been sitting under the heat lightsversus being made fresh. That's if they even get your order correct. If the food wasn't enough to keep you away, the customerservice and lack of hygiene practices will make you want to leave. If you go through the drive thru, the staff will barelyacknowledge you and will become visibly irritated if you ask questions. If you go inside, you'll be overwhelmed with the lack ofgloves, hair nets, hand washing, etc. Its been clear for years that management does not care about the customers, or the staff,for that matter. The length of time management has allowed the location to go on like this, tells me that the districtmanager/location owner has forgotten about this location. The franchise should be ashamed of the management involved all the wayup the ladder.

I ordered a burger combo at Wendy's and requested the bacon on the side. While I was waiting for my food, I noticed an employee handling the fries with their bare hands after touching their face and flirting with a coworker. When my order arrived, the bacon was on the burger, but none of the other toppings were included. If this Wendy's hadn't been the slowest one I've ever been to, I would have gone inside to get it fixed, but I didn't have enough time.

I ordered a Junior Bacon Cheeseburger with only mayo, mustard, tomatoes, and bacon, but my sandwich came without tomatoes or mayo. My second order was a Junior Cheeseburger made the same way but without bacon, and again, it lacked the requested tomatoes and mayo and instead had onions, even though I specifically asked for none. I also had to remind them to finish making the sweet tea so I could have a drink. To make matters worse, they were only taking one order at a time in the drive-thru. I sat at the window and saw them ignore other customers while they stood around gossiping instead of processing orders as they arrived at the drive-thru speaker. I waited for 20 minutes, with 15 of those just waiting to place my order. Unfortunately, I had to go to work and didn’t have time to return and fix my orders. I’ll definitely choose a different Wendy's location next time.
