Starbucks - Gainesville

I truly adore this place! I find myself visiting this Starbucks almost every day. In the mornings, I eagerly anticipate having Rob take my order. The customer service is excellent, and the staff are always kind and friendly!

Be mindful of parking when you arrive; many drivers can be inconsiderate and won’t allow you to back out. My husband had to get out of the car after waiting for eight minutes for someone to show a little courtesy—unfortunately, it didn’t happen! He ended up having to stand in front of the next car so I could finally make my exit.

This Starbucks is consistently excellent, and the staff are very friendly. They always enjoy interacting with my dog when we come by for a pup cup, which adds a lot of joy to our visits. The parking lot can be somewhat cramped, and I wish there were clearer signs indicating where to wait in the drive-thru, but that’s not really their fault! Overall, I really love this place!

Pretty good Starbucks. Good: ~Has a drive thru so it's convenient. ~Inside kept relatively clean (though the far corners and windows can get a bit dusty when it's slower, never experienced dirty tables) ~Staff is polite ~Drinks made correctly Needs Improvement: ~Blonde espresso sucks at this location. The machine might not be calibrated properly since blonde is calibrated separately from regular espresso and, as busy as this location gets, should probably be calibrated *at least* once a day but definitely more. If it is properly calibrated, then the beans are bad (have a sour and slightly rotten taste) since open Starbucks espresso has a shelf life of 7 days in store for a reason. I still go here, but I definitely go to other locations for my favorite espresso drinks.

Drive through line is always crazy long. I recommend going to another Starbucks in the early morning
