Santorini Mediterranean - Gainesville

This is one of my favorite places in Gainesville. I always get the Greek salad with chicken or gyro meat. This is considered a small! Loaded with lots of capers, calmata olives, bell peppers, red onions, cucumbers, and feta cheese.

We weren’t sure what to expect, what a wonderful surprise! We started with hummus and baba ghanoush. Both were very tasty, and the pita bread was soft and warm. The entrees were large portions, food served hot and the service excellent. My wife said her gyro was the best she’d ever had and my lamb kabob was very good. The roasted mixed vegetables were great. We highly recommend this place and we will be back!

I was happy to find this little place went through drive through and service was fast and portions generous. It is absolutely delicious. It is not close to me, about 20 miles, but well worth the drive and I will sure be going back on repeat.

I have eaten at Santorini's a few times since I moved to Gainesville. The food has always been good. The hummus and pita are fresh, the gyro really tasty.

An easily overlooked gem in Gainesville, TX! Craving Greek food but not wanting to go out of town, I finally decided to try out Santorini a year ago and it was so great! We love picking food up and love that the portions are usually pretty generous. I love the chicken pita and chicken kebabs. The dolmas and hummus are perfect, of course! My husband often has a hard time deciding between the lamb kebabs and the gyro but both are great choices. If you aren’t feeling like a Greek dish, the pizzas are just as good!The service is also deserving of mention. Whether we dine in or pick it up, it is always a quick turnaround!
