Sat at the bar and ordered 2 spuds. Watch them sit under the warmer for 20 minutes and no one brought them to us. Even asked someone to bring them and she didn't! Never will we go there again.

We tried to go for lunch today with three adults and four kids. The hostess told us the servers needed to get caught up and there would be a 10 or 15 min wait. When we were finally seated, And got the babies settled in their high chairs, In the middle of the greet, our server stopped us to ask if they Told us about everything they were out of? .... 1- Out of chips, potatoes, lemonade, chicken tenders,. That 's Everything my toddler eats! 2- And nobody told us until after we were seated at the table. We did wind up getting up and going somewhere else. In the future, I would suggest front of house is trained how to better let people know- Especially when they see families with small children- That they are out of certain things. Especially since we waited up front for close to 15 minutes. Really put a damper on things because we drove from over an hour away.

We came from Minnesota to pick up our kids that was visiting we stayed at the Holiday Inn across the HWY we where in there waiter said it will be 15 min wait cause they short staffed we said ok no problem can we just get a table and drinks waiter says yes you can there was another couple that came in seated them right away and had them drinks as we still had no table so we decided to leave we had a group of 7 poor staffing would rate a 0 if could this was on a Saturday at 5 pm on July 13th 2024

Dry brisket. Rule #1: If it's dry don't serve it to your customers.

Out of baked potatoes, was not adviced of this until after our entire party decided on what to eat. We all were wanting the stuffed potatoes. Had to scramble for another choice while the waiter was standing there. Half of our meals came out early then the others came about 10 minutes later. Chicken was so dry I could have stuck it in a gun safe to help fight rust.
