Chaley made me remember my experience in Panera. I looked at the cookies and she gave me a 100% guarantee of satisfaction and told me if it wasn't good that I could spit the cookie on her uniform. What else can I give, just a star for a restaurant that made my wife and my order wrong? My wife ordered a scrambled egg/sausage on Ciabbata; she got it all over Bagley. I ordered all bagel w/cream cheese and got NO cream cheese! We were in town for a wedding and started a 5 hour drive to Tallahassee. NOT THE OUR TRIP. By the way, my wife is a MyPanera member. Never had such poor experience at a Panera. Their food is not good and they just throw your sandwiches together very skimpy on your meat). I have chicken salad and the chicken salad looked like it was just mayo thinly spread. ?
So I ordered a tuna salad sandwich and they literally just slapped the label over a Napa chicken salad sandwich and called it a day! Never had any issues with them until now! Sorry but thats just absolutely ridiculous!
The food is amazing here and the atmosphere is great for business meetings. My only complaint is that it can be pricey. I paid $5 for barely about a scoop of Mac N Cheese which stinks, but the flat bread pizza was great though!
Amazingly wonderful food and great service and atmosphere. I love Panera Bread, the bread bowls are absolutely amazing. 10/10
