I honestly don't know what I would do without Neat Eats and their fresh, unique food options for my fridge and freezer. As a catering manager who hosts private events, I rarely get the chance to eat out. When I come home late at night, it's such a relief to have dependable, delicious fresh and frozen meals ready to go. I always make sure to stock up on my favorites whenever there's a sale, so I can avoid buying processed foods filled with preservatives from the grocery store. Keep up the great work—I’ll definitely keep coming back!
Food was delicious!! I ordered the large Smoked BBQ Chicken Breasts with Loaded Potato Casserole for my family of 4. There was plenty loaded potato casserole but we would have liked a few more pieces of chicken.
Exercise extreme caution. None of the food at Neat Eats is labeled with preparation dates. After being told they were selling food that was weeks old, I ended up throwing away $63 worth of uneaten food. When I got home, I realized none of the items had date labels. If I had been given the chance to choose my portions, I would have left without buying anything. I stopped by on 9/26 at 3:30 PM, just 30 minutes after they opened. My total bill was $63 for two medium chicken breasts priced at $28 (no sides) weighing 13 oz, 16 oz of bacon Brussels sprouts (with no sign of any bacon) for $16, and a quart of soup for $13.50. Since I wasn’t provided a receipt, I’m not even sure what the exact cost breakdown was. Honestly, I paid $63 for food that was not edible. When I contacted the owner, she explained that the food is sold by weight and claimed they sold out of smaller portions shortly after opening. I had been following their Facebook page for months and never saw this information posted. Prepared chicken breasts were advertised at $6 to $9 each, yet I paid $28 for two without any sides. I cannot recommend this place.
My wife and I have a three-and-a-half-month-old baby, so making dinner is nearly impossible. Tired of fast food and PB&J sandwiches, we were thrilled when my aunt told us about Neat Eats. The food is excellent, made with fresh ingredients, and tastes amazing! We order several meals from them each week, and they have been true lifesavers!
Neat Eats is lauded as a lifesaver for busy families and professionals, offering fresh, homemade pre‑made and frozen meals with strong packaging, flavor and convenient grab‑and‑go options. Regular sales encourage bulk stocking and many praise its consistent quality. However, shoppers should beware transparency problems: pricing by weight, unpredictable portion availability, missing date labels and occasional receipt/labeling lapses have caused waste and frustration. It’s worth trying for convenience and taste if you verify portion, pricing and date‑labeling policies up front.

I visited on September 26 at 3:30 PM, just 30 minutes after they opened, and my bill came to $63. I ordered two chicken breasts for $28 (without any sides), which weighed a total of 13 ounces. I also got 16 ounces of Bacon Brussels Sprouts (which didn't seem to have any bacon in them) for $16, and a quart of soup for $13.50. I'm honestly not sure how much of that was worth it, as I didn’t receive a receipt. In the end, I paid $63 for food I couldn’t use. When I contacted the owner, she informed me that the food was sold by weight and claimed they must have run out of small portions after just half an hour of opening. I had been following her Facebook page for several months, and I didn’t see any mention of this policy. The prepared chicken breasts were advertised at $6 to $9 each, yet I ended up paying $28 for two with no sides. Overall, I would not recommend this place.
Neat Eats is a rescue ring! I used them during a kitchen reconstruction and in the nights when my husband and I are too exhausted to cook. Everything is so delicious and fresh.
I would struggle without having fresh and unique foods stocked in my fridge and freezer. As a catering manager, I often find myself too busy to eat, so it's incredibly convenient to come home late and have reliable, delicious fresh and frozen options available. When there’s a sale, I make sure to stock up on my favorites, avoiding pre-packaged products filled with preservatives from the grocery store. Keep up the great work because I will definitely be returning!
I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you for what you do! My husband and I both own and operate businesses here in Gainesville. Needless to say, as owner operators we are always on and always exhausted. Often times resorting to fast and or unhealthy options for dinner due to our busy schedules. Last week I learned about Neat Eats and today we picked up our very first order. When I say this I mean it, I could absolutely cry at the relief that I felt from being able to bring home a healthy pre made home cooked meal on a day where I would have been otherwise spread too thin to cook myself. Presentation, packaging, taste, quality and quantity all satisfactory! I deeply appreciate you for what you do!!!

I guess I would starve without neat eats fresh and unique food items to keep in my refrigerator and freezer. Even though I am a catering manager and do private parties I rarely get a chance to eat out and when I come home late at night it is so nice tohave fresh and frozen food that I can depend on to be delicious and consistent. And whenever they have a sale I definitely stockup on all of my favorites so that I do not have to go and buy food riddled with preservatives from the grocery store. Keep upthe good work because I keep on coming back!
BE VERY CAUTIOUS. None of the food at this facility has dates in which it was prepared. After being told they were selling food from weeks past I was forced to throw out $63 of food. When I arrived at home I discovered NONE of it had dates. If I would havebeen given the option to hand pick my portions I would have left without purchasing anything. Stopped in on 9/26 at 3:30 PM. 30mins after they open. Total bill $63. Two medium chicken breasts for $28 (no sides) Total weight 13 oz, 16 oz Bacon BrusselSprouts (with no sign of bacon) $16 and 1 qt of soup $13.50. Honestly, I'm sure how much any of it really was since I wasn'tgiven a receipt. Just $63 for food that was inedible. I contacted the owner and she informed me that their food is sold byweight. And that they must have sold out all small portions in 30 mins after opening. I followed their Facebook page for severalmonths prior and nowhere did it state this. Prepared chicken breasts were advertised at $6 to $9 each. I paid $28 for two and nosides. Do not recommend.
