big steaks made the old fashion. not many seasons. only pure prime or choice steak taste. a little over cooked on our order, but with how busy it was the rest alone it could let it cook on its own frizz while waiting. View all feedback. What User doesn't like about Embers:
I brought my girlfriend here the other night. We had some of the worst food in Gainesville that night. The calamari was extremely rubbery, and the restaurant does not carry marinara sauce. The steak filets were ordered as medium well and came out so over-cooked, not to mention that the cut of meat was so poor that it tasted like liver.
