The staff at Bojangles' are extremely rude. Their dine-in hours are inconsistent; one week they're open for dine-in, and the next week they close it without any clear reason. I own a business nearby, and every time I use their drive-thru, the employees are unfriendly and seem to dislike their jobs, making sure to show it. I definitely do not recommend this place.
I decided to give Bojangles another chance, but sadly, it was just as disappointing as last time. They were out of chicken tenders and Cajun chicken, and they even admitted they had no tea. When I asked for Dr Pepper from the limited drink options, I was given a Coke instead. Overall, this experience left me feeling very dissatisfied.
