I ordered Arbys 3 times through DoorDash within 2 hours because every time the order was wrong. It had nothing to do with the drivers but Arbys. Made a big order and the first time 4 meals were not included. Got it re-ordered, the 2nd time they only gave1 out of 4 meals!!! Contacted DoorDash AGAIN. The final time they brought the 4 missing meals and no sauce!!!! How hard is it towork for Arbys?!?!
Best service I've had at fast food in a long time Alex was amazing to say the least definitely an amazing addition to the team there.
The roast beef slider was surprisingly good, but the cherry cheese pie tasted like cardboard. I was asked if I wanted sauce, I said yes to the BBQ, but when I got my bag, I found I was given the Arby sauce, not the bbq.
Is this location ever open? The lights are always on but there are never any employees. I waited at the drive thru for 20 minutes at 9pm. There was no one to be found but every light was still on and nothing was turned off. If you are a closedlocation please update your hours.
Stopped by tonight to get food from the drive through at 9:10pm. No one would answer the intercom, so we drove around to the window where 3 different people working saw us, and not a single one of them came to the window at all. We were there for about15 minutes trying to get food and had to leave because of the extremely poor customer service or the complete lack of customerservice I should say.
