Add... read more The food was good as usual, but I noticed a decline in customer service. I had to repeat my order several times, and the cashier seemed to have an attitude. Additionally, while I was eating, I saw a worker with red hair preparing fries without gloves and then wiping her hands on her pants. Despite the challenges, I hope food safety remains a priority.

I ordered a double with Swiss cheese but received a single with mayo and lettuce instead. It feels like a complete rip-off to have my order mixed up like that. The service was also lacking; the employees at the window seemed more interested in having fun than ensuring orders were accurate. I shouldn’t have to verify my food while driving. Thanks for nothing—I won’t be coming back.
