Unfortunately, I am forced to leave a mediocre review because we were dismayed on different fronts. probably we were not hosted in an unsuitable period, the sta... read more Unfortunately, I am forced to leave a mediocre review because we were dismayed on different fronts. probably we were not hosted in an unsuitable period, the staff had faced the day before a wedding and I think they lacked food. we say that this accommodation started with the wrong foot, I had found on the reservation a very advantageous price, that immediately after contacting directly the staff was no longer available and then tells me that the room was still blocked but at a different price (double) then we managed to find an agreement and the room was left for the price seen on the reservation but found the dynamic unclear. we had specified the arrival time to be able to oufruit the welcome tank already filled, but alas the staff in the room had not been warned so we had to wait for the 40 minutes for the filling and we were brought as snack a sauce that asked the staff what it was about did not know how to answer us because it was a useful thing suddenly not to be advised of the presence of welcome, luck none of us had found the choice was not at all vast and I would rather choose what to have. maybe a little revisited the service, and in the rooms some details of finishing billy. I leave however an average score because the staff is young and definitely has a lot to perfect but it is a nice resource to take advantage of this accommodation, it is located in a very quiet area in the middle of nature, and the ancient style is very pleasant, the area is not very served therefore suitable for those who are looking for recharge.

The same is with all p... read more We had a 2 week stay at Bonello and we were happy that we chose this place. Hosts (Rachele and Marina) are such nice and friendly people. The same is with all people working there We had such fun and always felt welcome. They always did everything to make us have a great stay.My personal highlights: great, tasty and individual food perfect! pinzinis and the workshop music always clean rooms and fresh towels everyone was very helpful tourist free area its a place to slow down and relax clean pool there are so much moreIf you are looking for a place to rest and chill this is the right place!
