Amability, service super disappointed, cold burger hair, cheese not even melted, fried too cooked and liquid milkshake... When I point out very well that I can't drink milkshake like that, the manager doesn't give me anything and tells me that it's normal that I was taken in time, without suggesting to change it... No excuses and at the end I propose to make it pay for milkshake half price!! I've never seen this... No professionalism on too many points
