I placed an order the night before, but since the restaurant was closed, I couldn't call to discuss the issue. I contacted them today to explain the situation, but they informed me that they couldn't replace the food for both orders. I understand that I paid for the meals, and it seems unfair that they took my money without any issue.
When a customer have a bad experience, you should do what is needed to make sure they are satisfied. My salad was not measured out correctly. I didn’t even get full from it. When salad cost as much as it does there, I should be full afterwards. I usually am when it is fixed right. What should have happen today, with good customer service, management should have apologized and offered me another salad. I have pictures to prove it as well.
Zachary's is usually great! I ordered takeout, but the server forgot my Zaxby's sauce. It's no big deal; everyone makes mistakes. Just a little disappointed since it's always been so good!
